Founded in 2021 by two friends with a passion for carpentry, sustainability and design, Pods of Wales is dedicated to creating handcrafted ‘third-spaces’ for work or play.
We design and build all our structures ourselves. With local supply chain a priority we approach every project as a unique opportunity to showcase Welsh larch and vernacular and provide you with a calming and productive space.

Cardiff Writers Studio
Our clients Rich and Amy asked us to design and build a writers studio for their terraced city garden. We constructed most of their pod in our Ceredigion workshop before installing the ‘kit of parts’ in their Pontcanna garden.
